Studio Mont Fort IX Siviez is located in a quiet position, directly by the ski-run, in the countryside. It is on the 6th floor with a balcony, south facing position.
It offers a living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, cable-TV and DVD. There is also an open kitchen with 2 hotplates, micro wave. Shower/WC is also provided.
In the house there is a lift, ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra).
For shared use there is a natural garden, pond, tennis (15.06.-01.09.), children's playground.
Motor access to the house, except in winter 100 m. There is a parking at 200 m. Supermarket, restaurant are in 100 m, bus stop 400 m. Golf course 25 km, chair lift, ski school 100 m.
