This 2-level villa is located directly on the beach in southern North Captiva and is only accessible by boat. Guests can enjoy an ocean view and use the provided 6-metre centre console boat.
Guests can enjoy a furnished deck with ocean views and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar counter, and formal dining table. Extras include a spa bath and barbecue facilities.
A large flat-screen cable TV, fireplace, and sofa are featured in the main living room area. On the 2nd level, guests can take advantage of a balcony with an ocean view.
Jensen's Marina on the mainland is 15 minutes away by boat and offers a small convenience store with snacks and essential sundries for purchase.
