Loughcarrig House

Loughcarrig House is a charming Georgian property situated on the eastern shore of Cork Harbour. Ample free parking is provided, as well as a guest lounge with cable TV and spacious gardens. Shops, pubs, a cinema and restaurants can be found in the town of Midleton, which is a 5-minute drive away.
An en suite bathroom is provided in each individually designed room at the family-run Loughcarrig, as well as views onto the surrounding water and woodland. Some rooms feature views over the estuary of Cork Harbour. A hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities are also included.
A full Irish breakfast including locally sourced ingredients is served each morning, and special dietary requirements are catered for.
The Jameson Irish Whisky Distillery is a 10-minute drive away and offer tours and whisky tasting. Sea angling and freshwater fishing can be arranged by Loughcarrig’s owners, and Garryvoe Blue Flag beach is a 20-minute drive away. With a peaceful location, Loughcarrig House offers extensive mature grounds for guests to stroll around. It is only 2 miles from the town of Midleton and 15 minutes' drive from Fota Wildlife Park and Fota Golf Club.
