Mikawaya Ryokan

Offering public indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths and a Japanese-style garden, Mikawaya Ryokan is a historical accommodation established in 1883. Guests can reserve hot-spring baths for private-use and enjoy the surrounding nature views from the lounge. Hakone Yumoto Train Station is a 20-minute drive away.
Guests can choose to stay in Japanese-style rooms or in rooms with Western-style beds. Each comes with a tatami (woven-straw) seating area with low tables, a flat-screen TV and a private toilet. Some rooms have a private bathroom or an open-air bath.
Relaxing massage treatments are offered for an extra cost and local souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or beer at the lounge overlooking the garden, which provides beautiful fall leaves during autumn.
Traditional multi-course meals featuring fresh ingredients are served for dinner. Japanese set menus are offered for breakfast.
Ryokan Mikawaya is a 20-minute drive from Lake Ashinoko and a 60-minute drive from JR Odawara Train Station.
