Hime no Yu

Located in the Izu Nagaoka hot-spring area, Hime no Yu features Japanese-style accommodations and indoor/outdoor public hot-spring baths. Guests can enjoy fireflies during the summer in the traditional garden that lights up during the night. A free shuttle is available from Izunagaoka Train Station, which is also a 10-minute walk away.
The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. A TV, fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags are included in each. Colourful Japanese Yukata robes are provided for female guests. Bathrooms and toilets are shared.
Guests can request massages for an extra cost and purchase local products at the souvenir shop. Table tennis can be enjoyed and free-use bicycles can be borrowed to tour the area. Free Wi-Fi is available at the lobby, and a private reservable hot-spring bath can be requested as well.
Traditional multi-course meals are offered for dinner and a Japanese set menu for breakfast. All meals are served at the guests’ rooms.
Hime no Yu Inn is a 30-minute drive from Shuzen-ji Temple and a 40-minute drive from Joren no Taki Falls.
