Kohan-no-Yado Morimoto

With a history of about 100 years, Kohan-no-Yado Morimoto offers spacious Japanese-style accommodations with views of Lake Shibayamagata. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths or request for massage services. JR Kaga Onsen Train Station is a 15-minute ride on the free shuttle, which must be reserved at time of booking.
Each room has tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. A flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags are included. Yukata robes are provided and each has its own private bathroom.
Local gifts can be purchased at the souvenir shop and bicycle rentals are available for exploring the area. Photocopying and luggage storage services are available at the 24-hour front desk.
Traditional multi-course meals are served for dinner and a Japanese set menu for breakfast. All meals are served in the guests’ room or the shared dining room.
Morimoto Kohan-no-Yado is a 15-minute drive from Kaga Fruit Land and a 25-minute drive from Katano Beach. Nakaya Ukichiro Museum of Snow and Ice is a 20-minute walk away.
