The Otarunai Backpacker's Hostel Morinoki

Otarunai Backpacker's Hostel is the first backpacker's hostel in Hokkaido, just a 3-minute walk to Suitengu Temple and a 10-minute walk to Otaru Canal. It offers simple private and dormitory accommodation with a free-use kitchen, a terrace and free Wi-Fi.
Simple heated rooms with shared bathrooms and toilets are provided at The Otarunai Backpacker's Hostel Morinoki. Slippers are included, and a fan is used for cooling in warm weather. All rooms are non-smoking.
Guests can enjoy the garden, watch a DVD at the lounge or do laundry with the chargeable launderette. The hostel has a cat and Welsh Corgi dogs.
