Matsunoi

Matsunoi offers Japanese-style accommodations and an indoor/outdoor hot-spring bath. Guests can wear Japanese Yukata robes and request relaxing massages for an extra cost. A free shuttle is available from Fukuchi Onsenguchi Bus Stop, which is a 5-minute drive away.
The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each room comes with a TV, fridge and an en suite bathroom.
Local products can be purchased at the gift shop and a sauna room is available for an extra relaxation as well. Complimentary refreshments are available at the lounge.
A traditional multi-course meal is served for dinner and a set-menu for breakfast upon reservation. All meals are served in the guests’ rooms.
Matsunoi Ryokan is a 5-minute drive from Okuhida Bear Farm and a 20-minute walk from Shinmei Shrine. JR Takayama Train Station is a 1-hour drive away.
