Tsukamoto Sou

Just 5 minutes from Takayama Train Station on the free shuttle, Tsukamoto Sou Inn offers a taste of old Japan with its traditional Irori hearth, indoor hot-spring bath and Japanese garden. Breakfast and dinner are available at an extra charge.
Guests at Tsukamoto Sou sleep in traditional futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Each air-conditioned room includes a satellite LCD TV and green tea. Toilets are shared, and guests bathe at the hot-spring baths.
The Old Town section of Takayama is about 1.5 km from the property. Hidatakayama Art Museum and Yamazakura Shrine are both a 15-minute walk away. For free pick-up from Takayama Station, you can make a reservation in advance or just call on arrival. Free parking is also provided.
