Yamatokan

Located in the Okuhida hot-spring district and only a 2-minute walk away from the Hirayu Bus Terminal, Yamatokan features Japanese-style rooms with views of the Kasagatake Mountains. Guests can relax in the hot-spring baths or request for relaxing massages.
The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon beddings. Rooms include a TV, a fridge and an electric kettle. Each comes with an en suite bathroom and Japanese Yukata robes.
Drink vending machines are available and photocopying services are provided at the front desk. Private hot-spring baths are available for free, and ski storages are on-site as well.
A traditional multi-course meal is served for dinner and a Japanese set-menu for breakfast. All meals are served in the dining room or in the guests' rooms.
Yamatokan Inn is a 10-minute drive from Hirayu Great Falls and a 5-minute drive from Hirayu Onsen Ski Resort. JR Takayama Train Station is a 1-hour drive away.
