A 5-minute walk from the Kenryukomae Bus Stop, Guest House Kingyoya provides traditional-style accommodations. Tea is served for free in the common room. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the building.
Each Japanese-style room includes air conditioning. The bathroom is shared with all guests. The shared shower room is open 24/7. Towels, Yukata robes and toothbrushes are available for a fee.
Guests without personal laptops can use the computer centre, which provides free internet. A shared-use refrigerator is available as well. Laundry machines and rental bicycles can be used upon request. A Kotatsu (a heated leg-warming table) is provided during the winter.

Kingyoya Guest House is a 15-minute walk from the Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, and a 20-minute walk from the Kinkakuji Temple. The Kyoto Gosho is a 10-minute drive away. A 35-minute bus ride from the Kyoto Station, guests can take the 206 Bus from the A3 Bus Terminal.
