Tsuta Onsen

Surrounded by lush nature on Mount Hakkoda, Tsuta Onsen offers a hot spring bath, Japanese cuisine and a free shuttle to/from JR Aomori Station. The property features a restaurant and free parking, while rooms come with a Japanese area.
Japanese-style rooms have a tatami (woven-straw) floor, a low table with seating cushions and traditional futon bedding. Western rooms are carpeted and offer beds, a Japanese-style living room and an attached bathroom. All rooms have a TV, a seating area and an en suite toilet, while a safe and yukata robes are provided.
Guests at Japanese inn Onsen Tsuta can go hiking in Tsuta Forest or unwind in the all-wooden public hot spring bath, which is separate per gender.
A breakfast buffet with Japanese food is served daily at the dining room, which offers a Japanese dinner in the evening. Restaurant Tsuta offers udon noodles and other Japanese meals between 11:00 and 14:00.
Tsuta Onsen is located next to Tsuta Forest, a 15-minute drive from Okuirise River. JR Aomori Train Station is an 80-minute drive.
